Development of the Activities via Incorporation of Digital Technologies into the Processes of VIRITAS UAB
- The support is provided under Measure No. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854 ‘Digitization of Industry LT’ under Priority 3 ‘Promoting the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises’ of the Operational Programme for EU Structural Funds Investments for 2014-2020.
- Since 2016, VIRITAS has been engaged in the manufacture of the building and industrial metal structures and provision of high-quality welding services. The distinctive feature of the Company is the production of high-quality products in a timely manner. The production areas of the Company are expanded every year, by introducing innovations and seeking high added value for its customers. With a focus on product quality, the company is continuously growing by implementing innovative solutions.
- Between 2020 and 2021, VIRITAS has been carrying out an investment project to digitize its production. To this end, the company will install efficient digitalized production equipment to increase its productivity. The investment from the EU Regional Development Fund will be used to improve the overall operational efficiency of the Company.
- As part of the project, VIRITAS underwent a technological digitalization audit, which involved recommendations for improving the efficiency of production processes. The measures recommended by the technological audit were the introduction of automated devices. Advanced, digitized state-of-the-art production equipment was acquired. The investment will enable the expansion of production and the efficiency of the services provided.
- The project is expected to result in higher efficiency rates, expansion of the variety of products and improvement of quality. The project will also encourage the introduction of innovative processes in the Company and contribute to the implementation of principles of sustainable development.
- The total value of the project is EUR 76,900.00, out of which EUR 34,255.60 are funded by the European Regional Development Fund of the EU.

Development of the Activities via Incorporation of Digital Technologies into the Sales of VIRITAS UAB
- VIRITAS is implementing the project "Increasing the Resilience of VIRITAS UAB to Crisis Situations", the purpose of which is to implement effective operational solutions by creating and introducing an e-shop for the Company's products. The solution introduced during implementation of the project reduces the Company's operational imbalances in the post-pandemic period, increases the sales of VIRITAS and contributes to the implementation of effective business models and solutions.
- The project will result in a modern VIRITAS e-shop with customer self-service with the automation of certain sales processes of the Company, expansion of the range of products and improved accessibility for customers from any place convenient for them.
- The support is provided under Measure No. 13.1.1- LVPA-K-860 E-Commerce Model COVID-19 of the Operational Programme for EU Structural Funds Investments for 2014-2020. The total value of the project is EUR 31,044.58, EUR 23,283.44 are funded by the European Regional Development Fund of the EU.
- Since 2016, VIRITAS has been engaged in the manufacture of building and industrial metal structures and provision of high-quality welding services. The production areas of the Company are expanded every year, by introducing innovations and seeking high added value for its customers. With a focus on product quality, the company is continuously growing by introducing new ranges of products to various sectors. Currently, the new e-shop of the company is underway which is expected to contribute to the digitalization of production, automation and more efficient management of processes. Investments will reduce the amount of routine work, and self-service solutions will enable customers to make timely decisions and access information about the products of the Company.
