Metal processing

Only certified materials and metal processing technologies are used for the production of metal structures:

Gas and plasma metal cutting;
Semi-automatic welding of metal structures;
Visual, color and ultrasound control of welding seams;
Surface cleaning of metal structures with sandblasting;
Surface painting by airless injection method, powdercouting method, and HD galvanizing;

The company's welders are certified with LST EN ISO 9606-1 standard certificates.

We perform

After production, at the customer's request, the products can be mechanically treated with a shot blast or sandblast. If necessary, we will hot-dip galvanize the product or cover it with paint. Compliance documents (certificates) of used welding materials are provided to the client.
