Welding
UAB Viritas performs welding in the following ways:
- MIG/MAG- with a melting electrode in shielding gas;
- MMA - manual electric arc welding;
- TIG - welding with a non-alloy tungsten electrode in inert gas.
We can weld the following materials (CEN ISO/TR 15608):
- 1.1 gr.- Low alloyed, (y.s 275 N / mm2);
- 1.2 gr.- Low alloyed, (275 N / mm2 y.s 360 N / mm2) ;
- 8.1 gr.- Stainless steel (Austenitic steels, Ni 31% Cr ≤ 19%);
- 22-26 gr. Aluminum and its alloys;
- 31 - 38 gr. Copper and copper alloys.
